Happy to announce my performance at Vrrraiment!, a contemporary drawing festival, a unique collective improvisation weekend at the crossroads of graphic art, music and performance. Organized by METAXU, an artists' space installed since 2013 in the city center of Toulon. It is a place of research and creation that offers a program of residencies, workshops and experimentation. It is a modular space geared towards new sound and visual creation.
Slowly spinning atop a mound of earth, a soil mapping image becomes a repeating sound sequence, seeking frequency polyphony. Tourne-data it's an optical data player and was finally presented at Vinylesmania's exhibition this summer.

Oyo Miami offers you through this workshop to make a film animation with an optical toy: the phonotropic disc. It's a paper disc on which the participant creates his own series of images by repeating patterns with stamps, drawings, collages, paintings. The disc is then placed on a turntable and an animated image appears.
